Summary

The main purpose of the Services & Support Hub page redesign was to increase customer engagement with the content and improve readability. Per the stakeholders' request we structured the content to reflect a lifecycle model, 5 "rinse and repeat" steps. Each lifecycle segment is represented by a description paragraph followed by a call to action and a list of quick links pointing deeper into the section content. This approach has successfully reorganized heavy content into a logical hierarchy of information facilitating the customer journey.
